9.30am - 10am - Jean Barmesh "Agile Experience Report"

In this talk, we will look at a case study of agile techniques applied to a training.   Jean had a unique experience of running three self-contained projects in the last year.  It was done under the auspices of a training boot camp-style program.  The entire boot camp program lasted six weeks.   As time went on, more and more agile management concepts were applied, with the third project using most of the SCRUM techniques.
